Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Products that reflect a zero price are not available at present. 

Viva la Vino cannot be held liable for any illness or adverse health consequences suffered as a result of purchasing and consuming any product on this site. While we make every effort to ensure that our products reach you in the premium condition our customers enjoy, you are entirely responsible for your health. Should the product not be in stock please allow 7 - 14 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for ordering and delivery to our warehouse.

Moneyback/Refunds/Returns Policy 

Viva la Vino is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if the wine you ordered is corked please contact us on info@vivalavino.co.zw  

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

To qualify for a full refund, the damaged product must be in its original packaging, and we do reserve the right where packaging is damaged by the customer to apply a 10% handling fee. 

Payment Options and Pricing 

Viva la Vino endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the convenience provided to our customers. 

Viva la Vino reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice due to the nature of our products. All quotations are only valid for 7 (SEVEN) days. 

Should Viva la Vino reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
