Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

 If you place your order with us before 12 pm, we’ll start processing it on the same day. 

 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. 

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Remember that it can take up to two days for the parcel to be shipped, but this doesn't affect the delivery date given in your order confirmation.  

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

* Same day delivery and free standard delivery is only available for orders over $50 within a 5km radius or orders over $100 within a 10km radius. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Viva la Vino does not ship to P.O. boxes  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is processed. If you would like to know the whereabouts of your order, please contact our customer service by telephone or email.    

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Viva la Vino is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages or corked wine 

Viva la Vino is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if the wine you ordered is corked please contact us on info@vivalavino.co.zw 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Harare.
